拉普塔机器人 - 机械音乐盒

Hi folks,
I am a fan of the Japan animation, “Castle in the Sky” or "Laputa". I love the theme song, the robot & the glider. I got a Sankyo Laputa music unit by chance and create this robot for everyone who love this movie. You can also buy the music unit in link below.

The robot was powered by the Sankyo unit & have 2 modes of rotation:-
Rotate the head alone OR
Rotate the glider around. (You will need the stand-inner over the nut.)
There are also 2 speeds provided with 2 different sets of gea:-
If you were going to have the robot head alone, I would suggest to use low speed gea.
If you were going to have the glider turning the head, I would suggest the high speed gea.
Here are the parts you needed:-
M6x50mm screw x1
M6 Nut x1
Sankyo Laputa music unit x1
Dia2x10mm shaft x4
(Of coue all the printed parts)
How to curve the wings of the glider:-
Forming tools are provided. So, print it out.
Following the diagrams
Trap wing in tools
Dip it in 70 degC hot water for a few seconds
Close the tools until the wing softened.
Cool it down in cold water and here you are!
