As a new upgrade to get the tevo tarantula and my dual-hotend-setup ( ) working on full bed size I made a decision: redesign my x-axis.
This contai a MGN12 linear guide.
To get it working with this higher position in comparison to the bottom edge of the extrusion, at least you have to use a 4mm-dropped module (v4-veion), better 8mm (V5, read more at the end of the description).
Due to the no longer used wheels on the carriage it is possible to use the normal-sized integrated fan, without the expaion on the fan's side.
This part's modular carriage is shifted backwards as much as possible. There remai a gap between the right fan and the extrusion of round about 7mm. That could crash into a possible x-axis-motor-mount on the right of the axis! With the full design of my future x-axis there is no crash expected (height is 6mm).

x-axis carriage:
The basic component takes the hotend modules. 4 M3-screw-holes to mount it to the MGN12 miniature guide carriage and next to that 2 holes as a central point for possible addo (cable chain, fan connecto)
It's slightly of larger width then he HIWIN MGN12H carriage (~ 45mm) to trigger the x-endstop.
There are 2 veio per each type of MGN12: long and short. The shorter one takes the entire hotend module by 4mm towards the extrusion,
but: IT DOESN'T FIT WITH DUAL INTEGRATED FAN on my designed printer rework. The left fan cover ("HOT!") would crash into the x-idler.
x-carriage-modules:
because of the higher MGN12 linear rail (13mm in comparison to 3mm) the modules needs to be lowered by 4, better 8 mm (V5). Used 4mm fit and the extrusion hit the rear heated bed glass clamp. There was a gap of 2.5mm.
