Thermal head cable management for printe.
include:
2P 2.54 socket (6x XH2.54 2P): two cooling fa, one cooling fan, two temperature seo, BLTouch
3P 2.54 socket (3x XH2.54 3P): One X limit, BLTouch, or IR, LED or steering gear
4P 2.54 socket (1x XH2.54 4P): a stepper motor interface.
2P 5.08 socket (1x DB2EVC-5.08-2P): 2 heate
1x 43045 MX3.0 22P (maximum current 5A): connected to the motherboard
Two 2x KF2EDG 3.5MM 2P (maximum current 8A)
1K ohm chip resistor (2x 0805W8F1001T5E)
2 LEDs
The layout of the Header is 2.5mm wide and has two laye, so it is enough to pass 5A current. If it is a 12v power supply, it can also be up to 60W
LED can be connected or not connected, it can display whether the relay is working in real time when connected
There is a screw hole in the middle, which is fixed to the previous cable screw. The surrounding four screw holes are the same as the 42 stepper motor (NEMA17), which can be easily italled behind the stepper motor. Later, a shell will be designed for itallation.
Can be italled on or behind, size 38x38
