A deep cultivator (also known as a subsoiler or deep tiller) is an agricultural tool designed to break up compacted soil laye deep beneath the surface. It is typically used to improve soil structure, enhance water infiltration, and promote better root development. The deep cultivator features strong, heavy-duty shanks or blades that penetrate the soil to depths of 18-24 inches (45-60 cm) or more, depending on the model and the soil conditio.
