The EasyToTrack project is for RC and FPV fa.
It is a multipurpose antenna tracker, ground station and logger. The idea was to use video channel to trafer telemetry data from aircraft to ground, so a pilot needs only two radio channels - video and control and all the telemetry is traferred via the video channel. But now the system evolved to something really univeal thing. The EasyToTrack ground station can accept many telemetry protocols and track your aircraft (more about the system: Moreover, you can use the mechanics of the EasyToTrack for your own projects.
Mechanical part of the antenna tracker and EasyToTrack ground station is designed using SW2016. I’ve printed the parts using 3D printer Anet A8, used ABS and PETG filament.
The EasyToTrack coists of 17 printed parts. You'll also need the following purchased parts:

Self tapping screws: M3x12 – 7pc; M3x6 – 4 pc; M2.6x6 – 2 pc; M2.6x10 – 5 pc; M2x6 – 8 pc -
For antenna’s weight below 500g the elevation servo should have a torque about 15kg cm. A torque for azimuth servo is lower – at least 3kg cm. Azimuth servo uses external loopback potentiometer (5kOhm, 5 turn – 1800 degrees). That is why azimuth servo must have a qualitative controller. It mea that it is better NOT TO USE TowerPro MG995 servo.
The Tripod Monopod Mount Adapter For Go Pro HERO 1 2 3 4 was used to mount the antenna tracker on a tripod. You need to remove the upper part of the adapter to fit the tracker system. The modified adapter is glued to BaseStatic part using 5 minutes epoxy.
The main load during azimuth rotation is applied on Plane thrust ball bearing 51106 30x47x11. I think that it is possible to use any ball-bearing here, and the printed parts are compatible with any bearing type of size 30x47x11.
