This project features a detailed 3D model of a hydraulic cylinder assembly, designed with 9 individual components and one main assembly file. The model reflects the internal mechanism and mounting structure of a typical single-acting hydraulic actuator used in mechanical and industrial ents List1. Piston – Internal component that divides pressure chambe within the barrel.4. Piston Cap – Secures the piston to the piston rod, euring sealed movement.5. End Cap – Rear enclosure of the barrel, often used for rod guiding and sealing.6. Barrel Cap – Cove the rear end of the barrel, locking internal components.7. Front Cap – Front face of the cylinder with a rod passage and seal.8. Front Clevis – Mounting bracket for attachment to machinery at the piston rod end.9.
