Quintet in F
Tray-packing puzzle by Stewart Coffin (STC #253)
Fit all five pieces into the parallelogram-shaped opening.
Quintet in F is one of a series of tray-packing puzzles by Stewart Coffin. It seems impossible at fit, but it isn't... if it seems like the pieces just won't fit the way you expect, or the tray size is just a little bit off... don't worry! There's nothing wrong with the model or your printer. Keep trying. (The other puzzles in the series can be found on the Stewart Coffin Puzzles collection page.)
Quintet in F is my peonal favorite in the series, and I can recommend it to anyone. If you're not familiar with this type of puzzle, though, I'd recommend starting with one of the othe fit; the linked collection page has some recommendatio.
Printing Itructio
Print one copy each of and . Optionally, you may print as well, which is a lid that fits over the tray for easy storage.

Stewart Coffin has been called "the most outstanding designer and maker of interlocking puzzles that the world has ever seen". He is credited with over four hundred desig, has pioneered numerous ingenious puzzle forms, and has written exteively about puzzle design and craftsmahip.
