These X and Y axis belt teione will give you better control over your belt teion, for example to reduce artifacts like ringing or layer shifts. They are also much easier to print than some of the very fancy desig out there, that require you to print screws sideways. This is a remix from two sources from different autho. Check the info. What I changed is to add screw holes that allow you to fixate the teione to the extrusio. You can reuse the original T-nuts, as well as M4 and M5 screws that are used for the stock belt teione! I also remixed the 2020 / 2040 extrusion ierts with tighter tolerances and better fit. You will need M5x25 (or longer) screws for the idlelider, just as in the original desig. Hex head is ideal, but mine with a round head also work fine. You might need a longer belt for the Y axis, but you might also be able to stretch it with the stock belt. It helps to loosen the Y axis stepper motor so that you can fit wrap the belt around the front end, then around the motor end. Works very well on my Geeetech A10M. Haven't tested on the A20M, but should be perfectly compatible. Print orientatio are as saved for all files. If you want, you can add support to the brackets, however they should also print without if you want to save some time. Make sure to put a fat brim around the brackets to avoid them coming loose from the build plate. They are tall, thin parts with little bottom surface area.
