Created 11 11 25Before even deciding to create this project, I was already working on something far from this and way more challenging. What I realized is, if I want to be the best at something, itead of going straight into hard stuff, I’ll start again and master the basics. I’ll probably go back to the challenging ones later, but for now, I want to make things I can follow through and actually learn from and thing I noticed while creating the Primary Button on the upper part, I used filled surface. It’s not always better to hit "optimize surface." Try turning it off and ramping it to maximum. That gave me better results. At fit there was a red spot underneath, but when I turned it off and pushed the settings, the curvature looked way better. Good thing to , the button was made using a 3D sketch. Much easier to use.I was thinking about the models I’ve made and decided to go with this ’s kind of like a Gamebox controller but smaller. Good starting point if I’m aiming for similar products. Fit try didn’t go well. If you roll it back, you’ll see I deleted it and did it again. The fit time I tried to build it by halves, and it didn’t turn out right. The second time, I created the base fit, then built it as a whole. You won’t really get it if you’re just reading, but hey, at least you’re reading, , moving forward, I’m satisfied with how it went. I used zebra analysis and curvature most of the time. For the bottom part of the controller. I forgot what it’s called, kind of a U shape, but not fully U shaped, so it is a technique used for a better surface. There’s a wrinkle there, and you can see it. It’s not super visible unless you’re really looking for it, but yeah, it’s there, thing I’ll improve is under the button. There’s a small area that’s not smooth, not unless you look at it, but nonetheless way better than I used to do.
