I hope someone will find this useful :) Please comment - any (cotructive) feedback is appreciated. Follow my profile, I will upload more stuff for Rat Rig V-Core. Also you can take a look at my Rat Rig V-core desig which I'll use to group my Rat Rig desig. Please coider TIPing me if you like this or my other desig - It'll help me make more stuff and get some money back from filament used for prototypes :) Problems: I'm probably obsessed with getting back as much of the XY space on my Rat Rig while using a Titan Aero as I can. Designed Low-X Titan Aero few weeks ago but was not happy with the ghosting it produced so I made this thing. The original X carriage does not provide any cable clamp mechanism. Titan RatRig V-Core is awesome and I used it a lot before my attempts but it was wiggly in the X axis. Many existing Aero Fan Ducts were not very effective and/or hiding the nozzle. Requirements: Allow as much X and Y movement as possible Use as little Z space as possible Achieve something at least remotely efficient as the ever great for layer cooling Allow different layer fan nozzles for people to remix Allow different fan holde for people to remix Allow cable clamping (the original doesn't have a way to secure the cables to the carriage) Make cable clamping customizable as possible for different setups Use no more hardware than what's provided by Rat Rig plus a few standard M3 screws Reduce ghosting in comparison with Low-X Titan Aero Proposed solution: As in the attached files :) I was able to meet the above requirements. Was able to get 290 mm in X and 290 mm in Y. Use Hor Duct - Layer Cooling for layer cooling.
