This is a summary remix from and For my Lee Perfect and Lee Pro Auto-Disk Powder Measure, I wanted a powder separator that can have a high throughput and keep the level no more than the taper of the powder drum. It was also important that the powder was not retained by the separator after emptying the powder drum. Using the previous separator models, I noticed that they are opposites in merits and demerits, so I decided to combine their merits: visual control of the powder level; a large flow of gunpowder; low level of gunpowder; no sticking of powder particles; no problems with 3D printing; minimization of post-print processing. Created v1, more rigid, but no visual control and gunpowder get stuck. I have found that it can be printed well on both sides. Then I made v2 by cutting out the side walls and printed it upside down. After printing, I just sandpaper it until the skirt is removed. Propellant metering has become more stable, even with the Sokol flake powder. Also several separato v2 can be stackable :)
