Je ne fait que partager le ficher car on as du mal à accéder au ficher sur le site originale.

Imprimez les pièces avec 20% de remplissage, sa support ni radeaux.
Chauffez le NanoHack à 55°-60° avec un sèche cheveux ou de l'eau chaude. La partie circulaire doit être intacte, c'est pourquoi elle est plus épaisse pour ne pas se déformer.
Lo du ramollissement, rapprochez les ailes du nez et les ailes de réglage situées sur la mâchoire inférieure. Vous pouvez les coller pour mieux les fixer si vous le souhaitez.
Réchauffez-le et mettez sur votre visage pour les dernie réglages. Assurez-vous qu'il ne fait pas trop chaud ! Si vous sentez qu'il y a une partie du masque qui ne va pas bien ou est trop serrée, vous pouvez mettre un petit morceau de caoutchouc souple da les zones de contact.
Vissez le "couvercle" avec un ou des filtres supplémentaires. Si vous utilisez un filtre, vous pouvez utiliser un morceau circulaire (simple ou double) d'un masque conventionnel (propylène non tissé) ou ajouter un tampon facial pour le maquillage. Un demi-coussin peut faciliter la respiration.

Print the pieces with 20% infill, without support or rafts.
Heat the NanoHack to 55º-60º C with a hairdryer or hot water. The circular part has to be intact, that's why it's thicker so that it doesn't deform.
When softening, bring together the nose wings and adjustment wings located on the lower jaw. You can glue them to fix them better if you want.
Heat it up again and put it on your face for final adjustments. Make sure it's not too hot! If you feel that there is some part of the mask that does not fit well or is too tight, you can put a small piece of soft rubber in the contact areas.
Screw the "cover" on with one or two additional filte. If you use a filter, you can use a circular piece (single or double) of a conventional mask (nonwoven propylene) or add a round facial cotton pad for makeup. Half pad can make breathing easier.
Add the elasticstraps.
