This is a quite large fan with blades rotating at high speed! Act respoible, wear safety equipment and don't give it to small children to play with! I have warned you!
Motivation: I was not really content with the built-in fan of my Wiltec spay booth (HS-E420DC) so i designed this large radial fan as a replacement.

The fan is designed for high airflow at an acceptable sound level.
For a successful build you need
A large print bed which can print parts up to 201x224mm in size (i have used a Flsun Cube)
A 775-type motor (e.g. "Jiang 775 DC 12-24 Volt ")
A suitable power source with a rating of at least 5A at 12 Volt (this is what i measured with my specific motor)
(optionally a motor speed controller)
A motor coupling adapter with an outer diameter of 7.5mm, e.g.: https:www.conrad.at/de/messing-kupplungs-eiatzstueck-modelcraft-bohrungs-o-5-mm-o-x-l-13-mm-x-15-mm-226505.html
Screws: 40 pcs. 3mm and 8 pcs. 4mm
Choose on of the 2 FAN optio:
"Large Radial Fan - FAN" is designed to be lightweight with maximum air intake.
"Large Radial Fan - FAN EASY PRINT" is an alternative if your printer has problems with thin walls or stringing problems. Note however that you should take extra care to balance the fan for low vibration.
you may scale the fan down (i was able to successfully print it at 50%) but you need to use the motor mount as a template and create you own for your specific motor!
*added 2018/10/26: INPUT MUFFLER-DEFLECTOR: Intended to be screwed in front of the air intake - directly behind the filter. Add some sound isolationg material into the recess to further quiescence the air intake
*Just a hint: Using a motor controller enables you to adapt the speed of the fan. A device like this worked perfect for me: https:www.amazon.com/Motor-Speed-Control-Controller-10V-50V/dp/B01LZAXWCO/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&qid=1540932616&sr=8-23
Although this design was made with a specific purpose in mind, you are welcome to use the fan for an other high airflow application. In this case, the following parts are not mandatory (the fan will work without them):

BTW: The pipe diameter of the fan inlet and of the outlet adapter is 100mm
